Huge Poker Game
Fellas!
One thing that sucks about having you guys strewn about the country is that it is almost impossible to have a good old fashioned poker game, Lucerne Style, with everyone in the house. Logistics of getting everyone in the same room is very difficult.
The reason I bring this up is that PokerStars now has online poker clubs that allow you to have a home poker game online. It is a cash game! You play out of your account. If you win, you win.
The basics are that everyone must have a PokerStars account (which can be activated with 5 bucks), we would basically set up a poker league/club and have the ability to have invitation poker matches whenever we want.
Tourneys, cash games, dealer picks; all of the standards are available. Stakes from nickel/dime all the way up to no limit.
OK, so I bring this up to gauge whether or not it is something you guys would be interested in looking into further? We could do it as a league thing or just a set time poker game. It would be a hoot and with the live smackboards and our video abilities we could have a fun time with the whole concept.
I have played in an online poker league for the last year and it is a blast....even with a bunch of people I don't know...could be phenomenal with a bunch of comrades.

2011 Bulletproof Tiger Draft Date Set!
The 2011 Bulletproof Tiger Draft Date will be Wednesday, August 17th 2011! The date is in pencil and tentative but it is what we are shooting for! The Quest Begins AGAIN!

Wesley's Balls Wins Bulletproof Tiger
In a ball buster, Wesley's Balls had what it had all season, that extra point or two to win. The Mudslide put up an fine effort.
Last years winner Dirty Sizouth won the consolation game, proving that last years effort was no fluke.
Make a Color ended up taking the NIT!
Wesley's Balls also takes the team MVP award for most positive trophy stars. 17 positive stars, 0 negative stars, nicely played.
From a commissioners point of view, I will be updating the blog with stats for posterity very soon. I would appreciate it if all owners would sign up to follow the league blog now because this is going to be the only way to find out what is going on with the league. Email has become cumbersome and oh so 1999.
Also, remember that all owners are blog managers, meaning you can lead posts, answer posts, comment, add pics, articles anything you think your fellow owners would like to see. Plus, there is nothing better than off season smack! Start a post!
