So, we have made it through the first weekend of Madness and there are not many of us who did not come out with a large chunk taken out of our butts.
Most everyone has their winning team still in the hunt. Bob came through with some "bold" picks, unfortunately St. John's was not able to live up to the ~hype~!
The old commish seems to be dominating the brackets so far! If it were to end now, well...cha ching! Damn you Pitt, damn you to hell! Go San Diego State whateverthehellyourmascotis...go go go!
Devin and BAF are still in the hunt in a tie for second place. Old "chalk" and "chalk Jr." we will call them for their bold Final Four predictions.
Don, apparently after taking hallucinogens, has UNC going all the way. They better win, because it seems to be his only chance for a victory with one half of his final four out already.
Cindi, the only lady in the field, welcome by the way, has fully half of her final four out of the tourney and is doing the Dukie prayer.
Jim "Poops" Smith, what can you say about him...all of his eggs in the basket of a bunch of Mormons and a guy named Jimmer...Oh The Humanities!
That brings me to Coop...the only one with all four of his Final Four still in the running...definitely the dark horse to take the whole damn banana.
Anyway, just my musings about the first couple rounds. Thanks for playing! I will figure out the collection of funds once we figure out who wins...no need for people to send money who don't owe it. I would love to hear others thoughts/smack/sass!
