Welcome Devin!!!

Since there seems to be no objections as per the blog poll...I would like to officially welcome Devin Cook as the 9th team owner.  I will be getting his permissions out very soon so he will have access to all league privileges.  Please welcome him and make him feel at home (which of course means belligerently taunt him and make him feel like a little girl).
