Trophy System

Here is a quick primer on the trophy system we use!

Each week, six trophies are awarded.  Four of these trophies are positive, awarding you one star, they are the following

  • Most Player Points for the week
  • Highest Team Score for the week
  • The Big D Award (most defensive points for the week)
  • I Gave The Ass Kickin' Of The Week (for being on the positive side of the biggest point differential)
There are also two trophies that are negative each week giving you a "negative star" and taking away a point.  They are the following:

  • I Got The Ass Kickin' Of The Week (for being on the negative side of the biggest point differential)
  • Least Team Points For The Week
No trophies are awarded after the last week of the regular season except for the League Champion Trophy which is worth five stars, the League Runner Up Trophy which is worth four stars and the Second Runner Up Trophy which is worth three stars.

The owner with the most cumulative stars wins the MVP of the league and 30 bucks.

Trophies with no point value are on occasion awarded at the discretion of the commish.  They are typically used to taunt an owner for a particularly stupid move; for instance drafting Micheal Vick last year earned Jim Smith the inaugural I drafted a felon award.
